I love my Swiss Diamond cookware, I have a 7" with lid, 8"with lid, 11" no lid, all non-stick fry pans, also a 101/2" fry/wok with lid, and a square 11" pan with ridges for filet mignon, fish, etc. use it for the finer cuts that one can buy. I love the pans, way better than scanpans. I use my All Clad stainless cookware for boiling, browning, and braising. The Swiss Diamond pans are the absolute best, always take pride in the foods I prepare in them, it's easy to perfect one's cooking skills when you have good cookware. Love the Swiss Diamond pans, they don't require "high heat" for perfection. Easy to care for and clean.
