Description

The Swiss Diamond 4.8 qt (4.5L) Nonstick Roasting Pan is shallow, strong and durable enough to take the heat. Perfect for serious cooking enthusiasts, this roaster is the perfect size for a medium-sized turkey or ham, pot-luck lasagna or even a large batch of scalloped potatoes. With the new Swiss Diamond XD coating, clean-up is a snap. With 20% more diamonds than the previous Swiss Diamond HD, this pan provides years of trouble-free cooking and easy clean-up.

The perfectly flat base will not warp over time, and the rivet-free cooking surface provides maximum protection against bacteria while also making the cleaning process effortlessly simple. You will be amazed at how nonstick this roasting pan truly is – even the stickiest of sauces are no match for its food-release capabilities. Warm water and a soft soapy sponge is all you will need to get this roaster back to its original, pristine condition. Nothing conducts heat more quickly or efficiently than diamonds.

This, combined with the extra thick, 100% recycled cast aluminum body, maximizes heat transfer and eliminates hot spots. The XD nonstick coating has a significantly improved seal between the cooking surface and the base; making a more durable and more corrosion-resistant layer. Start off by searing your roast on the stovetop to lock in the flavor and then transfer directly to the oven up to 500°F (260 C). Order today and you’ll be whipping up succulent meals for your family and friends by next weekend. Made in Switzerland.
