Melt In Your Mouth Chocolate Raspberry Fry Pan Cheese Cake

Ever want to make a Chocolate raspberry cheese cake at the house, but worried about how it will turn out?  This easy recipe that you make right in your fry pan will have you making cheese cake more than you ever dreamed.


Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 45 - 50 Minutes
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs.                                
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2Tbl sugar.                                                                  
  • 1 8oz semi sweet chocolate squares melted and cooled
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine or butter.                            
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 pkg of 8oz cream cheese softened.                          
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 large eggs.                                                                  
  • 1 pint Raspberries

Directions

Crust:

  1. Mix graham crackers, 2 Tbl sugar and, margarine. Press into 9.5" Swiss Diamond fry pan.

Filling:

  1. Using electric mixer beat cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add melted chocolate, heavy cream and vanilla.
  3. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well.
  4. Pour mixture into sauté pan.

Cake:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300F
  2. Wrap bottom and sides with foil.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
  4. When cake is done turn off oven and leave cake in with oven door ajar for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour.
  5. Garnish with raspberries.
