Swiss Diamond 11" x 11" Square Tempered Glass Lid

Made of high-quality tempered glass, this sturdy 11" x 11" (28cm) glass lid is designed to fit the Swiss Diamond Square Saute Pan, Square Grill Pan and Square Casserole. The same lid can be used for standard and induction collection cookware. While a perfect fit is only guaranteed with Swiss Diamond cookware, this universal cover can also be used on any other 28cm square pan. The lid knob features an adjustable steam vent that can be opened and closed to control moisture ensuring food cooks perfectly. It has a stainless steel rim for a high-quality fit. Oven-safe up to 260 C (500 F). To prevent damage, do not expose the glass cover to rapid temperature changes such as immersing a hot lid in cold water.
