I love making this bundt cake to serve after a holiday brunch, or dinner! Pairs great with mimosas or a nice cup of hot chocolate on winter nights. Easy to make, this can be done ahead of time too!
2/3 cup unsalted butter , softened
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 large eggs
2/3 cup whole milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
Preheat your oven to 350F and grease your bundt pan.
Combine by whisking: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or beater mix together sugar, butter and vanilla until its smooth and creamy (it takes some time so keep at it!) Add your eggs one at a time and make sure they are fully mixed in.
Mix in your flour mixture, and alternate with milk until all is added.
Pour the batter into your bundt pan. Bake it for 40 minutes, checking to see if its baked through with a toothpick.
