The wooden spatula is great for turning crepes and also a good spreader for pizza sauce or icing. It is 12" in length and 2" wide. The blade is flat on the bottom and gently rounded on the top and tapers to a thin side to easily get under the crepe. The blade measures 9" in length. The Spreader, also handcrafted of wood, is 8" in length and 5.5" in width. Care is easy! Just wash in hot soapy water and towel-dry.
