Easy Quacamole

Everyone loves a good guacamole dip! If you time it right, you can use avocados bought a few days prior, or simply look for some avocados that have a little bit of give to them at your local grocery store. Perfect for game day, this guacamole can be made quickly so there is no fear of missing the action on tv!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados, pit removed and avocado scraped out
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped or small can of tomatos
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced or 2 tsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop out into a medium serving bowl. Mash up.
  2. Stir minced garlic, onion, tomatoes, lime juice, salt and pepper (we recommend tasting before adding too much)
  3. Chill in fridge for half hour.
