These truffles are extremly easy to make and are the perfect addition to any holiday dessert spread! Make them your own by sprinkling with crushed candy cane, or dipping them in white chocolate....yum!
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 package Light or Dark Cocoa Candy Melts Candy, 12 Oz. (we use these)
DIRECTIONS
Empty your candy melts and chop or food process them into tiny chunks.
Heat your whipping cream in a small xd saucepan over medium heat, just until its edges start to bubble.
Remove the cream from the stove and add in the chopped candy melts. Mix in the melts until the mixture is smooth and shiny.
Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and put in the fridge.
Once the mixture is firm, use a spoon or melon baller to scoop mounds from the baking sheet. Roll them into balls that are about 1 inch.
