Lucky for me that Swiss

"Lucky for me that Swiss Diamond has a lifetime guarantee because of the two griddles (one flat and one with ribs) I bought within months of each other 4 years ago, the finish of the flat one wore off completely. I am totally happy with the second one. But back to the first one. It took nearly a month of back and forth with the Swiss Diamond warranty department before they would replace my griddle. They asked for proof of purchase twice, even though I bought it directly from them - and I gave them the order number. So 2 points off for jerking me around on their warranty. I hope I have better luck with the replacement."
