INGREDIENTS

  • 11/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 2 (4-inch) rosemary sprigs
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • The applesauce of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Season your pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir the melted butter and herbs together.
  4. In your 12.5" (32cm) XD Induction Fry Pan sear the chops on both sides until they have a golden crust.
  5. Coat your porkchops with the butter mixture. Bake the porkchops in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork has an internal temperature of 145 degrees F in the thickest part
