Description

Less than 30 minutes to make, these patties are perfect for your next dinner party! Substitute the Ground Pork for turkey and you have yourself a healthy protein for your meal preps. Make this recipe your own by adding your favorite herbs and spices! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb Ground Pork
  • ¾ Cup Shredded American Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Buttermilk
  • 1tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2tsp Rubbed Sage
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3/4tsp Pepper
  • 1/8tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8tsp Oregano

DIRECTIONS

      1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into eight ½ in thick patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
      2. In an XD Frypan, cook patties over medium heat until the thermometer reads 160 degree, cook 6-8 minutes on each side
      3. Serve with breakfast or on their own. Enjoy!
