The combination of honey and soy sauce in this recipe is the perfect sweet and salty addition to a hearty pork chop. Remember to start this dish ahead of time so that the pork chops can marinate!
1/4 Cup honey
1/2 Cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
Red pepper flakes to taste
4 boneless pork chops
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add your pork chops and cover the bowl. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to two hours. We do not recommend marinating these pork chops for more than two hours.
Heat your Swiss Diamond XD Grill pan over medium heat. Cook the pork chops until seared and cooked through, around 8 minutes on each side. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
