The combination of Honey and Soy Sauce in this recipe is the perfect sweet and salty addition to a hearty porkchop. Remember to start this dish ahead of time so that the pork chops can marinate!
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add your pork chops and cover the bowl. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to two hours. We do not recommend marinating these porkchops for more than two hours.
Heat your Swiss Diamond XD Grill pan over medium heat. Cook the pork chops until seared and cooked through, around 8 minutes on each side. Let the porkchops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
