A simple and healthy dinner that can be made in less than 30 minutes! We love to pair this recipe with Rigatoni noodles and a little bit of vodka sauce to add a nice tomato element to the dish. Its perfectly cooked without leaving any stickiness when we use our XD Double Burner Griddle in the oven for these meatballs!

  • 10 oz. thawed frozen spinach, chopped. or 12 oz fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion or 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • Pasta of your choice

  1. Combine the beaten egg, spinach (chopped and dry,) breadcrumbs, salt and onion (or onion powder).
  2. Add turkey to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Shape turkey mixture into 2" ball and place directly onto XD Double Burner Griddle. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  4. Place on paper plate or towel to drain.
  5. Cook pasta, drain.
  6. Mix pasta with meatballs or serve on top of pasta. I like to add in ½ -1 cup vodka sauce (heat by mixing into pasta while on stove.)
  7. Divide and serve, garnishing with Parmesan cheese!
