I have only had my skillet a short time but it is the best nonstick skillet thus far that I have ever had and I’m eighty five. Used it for frying eggs, egg omelettes and yesterday for pancakes. Have to cook pancakes one at a time but it cooks them fast and more evenly than my griddle.

So far very non stick, and seems well made. It will take some getting used to it since it is much heavier than my previous pan and heats more slowly, plus cools much more slowly. I can't just take pan off the fire when the eggs are ready because they will continue cooking for a while. Either need to remove food immediately or plan ahead. I assume the thickness helps keep it flat and also allows for not rivets inside pan: both very desirable qualities.

Love all things Swiss Diamond! But this little pan is amazing! Great for one grilled sandwich or a couple of egg omelets.

This is my 4th Swiss Diamond pan. The others have had exceptional nonstick properties, and were long lasting. In spite of my following directions, this stuck my eggs my the first pan full. I will never buy an XD pan...the older models were good, but not this.
This pan is perfect for one or two person small meals. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I would definitely purchase again!
Swiss Diamond is hands down the very best pan I have ever used. The 7" was my first, quickly followed by a 10.5". I've bought 3 more pans for my daughter and daughter-in-law...and convinced my best friend to buy one too. My dream is to replace all of my cookware with Swiss Diamond!!!
This is the best pan I’ve ever used. Nothings sticks to it. It cleans in seconds.
