Description

Today we're celebrating National Pizza Day! We love using our XD Double Burner Griddle in the oven for an easy nonstick and evenly cooked meal. Adding fresh ingredients to pizza is a great way to change up an ordinary dish. Enjoy this sheet pan style pizza, perfect to feed a crowd. 

INGREDIENTS

  • Regular or ruffled potato chips
  • Small bag of white chocolate chips (16 oz)
  • Small bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (16 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp Crisco
  • Valentines Sprinkles - I use these! 

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line one to two baking sheets with parchment paper or use one of our Nonstick Double Burner Griddle pans.

  2. Heat semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave with a tablespoon of Crisco

  3. Dip chips in the melted chocolate chips (halfway), place on parchment paper

  4. Melt white chocolate chips, drizzle with a spoon over chocolate dipped chips to create a striped pattern.

  5. Shake sprinkles over chips directly after drizzling white chocolate so the sprinkles stick

  6. Let dry before serving. Can also place in fridge if temperatures are warmer.

  7. Enjoy this sweet and salty treat!
