Shipping
Free ground shipping to the continental United States. Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or Canada; shipping to those locations is calculated at checkout based on item weight and distance from our warehouse, with rates set by UPS and FedEx.
Orders placed by 12 pm ET, Monday–Friday, ship the same day from our North Carolina warehouse. Orders placed after 12 pm ET or on weekends ship the next business day. UPS and FedEx do not deliver on many national holidays, so please allow extra time for orders placed near a holiday.
We ship to the United States, U.S. territories and Canada. Depending on package size and destination, some orders ship via UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost.
Expedited shipping (3-day, 2-day or next-day) is available at checkout. If you pay for expedited shipping, we use the method you select. Any free expedited upgrade may ship ground when ground will arrive in the same number of days or fewer.
Orders over $2,000: retail orders above $2,000 may be sent to the nearest UPS or FedEx location so that the person who placed the order can sign for it. To make other arrangements, please call customer service at 980-224-9044, Ext. 406, before placing your order.
Gifts and different shipping addresses: to protect our customers, we voice-verify every order shipping to an address different from the card's billing address. We will call you, often within minutes of your order, before releasing it to our warehouse. To handle this in advance, call 980-224-9044, Ext. 406, and we can take your order by phone. PayPal orders ship right away because PayPal verifies the information.
When will my order arrive?
Our warehouse is in Charlotte, NC 28273. To estimate delivery time to your address, use the UPS Calculate Time and Cost tool.

How to start a return
- Email our customer service team at customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com with your order number. Please keep your packing slip.
- Ship the item to us with the carrier of your choice, at your own expense. We recommend a trackable service. Please include your full name and address, your order number (the PO number on your order), the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange.
- Send your return to: Swiss Diamond Returns, 200-H Forsyth Hall Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.
Defective items
If your item arrives defective, email customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will send you a prepaid return label and follow the same return process. Manufacturing defects found after 30 days are covered by our limited lifetime warranty (see below).
Good to know
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Each piece of Swiss Diamond cookware is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. It is separate from the 365-day return guarantee. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com.
