Shipping Details

*Free Shipping is not available to AK, PR, HI and Canada. 

Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Please be advised that UPS and FedEx do not ship on many national holidays, and we urge you to check your shipping times before placing an important order near or around a holiday.

We ship to any location in the United States and its territories. We do not ship outside of USA and Canada at this time. Shipping is calculated based on item weight and distance from our warehouse. Rates are determined by UPS and Fedex.

In some situations, we do ship via UPS - Surepost or Fedex -  Smartpost. This is dependent upon the size of the package and location.

Retail orders placed ABOVE $2,000 may be sent to the closest UPS or UPS facility.  This ensures that you (the person who ordered the package) signs for it, and the package ends up in the right hands.  If you would like to make other shipping arrangements, please call customer service prior to placing an order over $2,000 at 980-224-9044, Ext 406.

Swiss Diamond knows the importance of a good gift and the ability to send it without the recipient knowing it is coming.  However, we also highly value our customer’s security. For this reason, we will need to voice verify every order that is sent to a different address than the billing address on the credit card used for payment. We will call you as soon as we can, many times within just a few minutes of your order being placed, to verify all information before we release it to our warehouse for packing.  If you would like to take care of this before placing your order, please contact us at 980-224-9044, Ext 406, and we can process your order over the phone. If you are placing an order via PayPal, your order will ship right away as PayPal will verify all information.

Swiss Diamond Free Return Policy

Want to hold a piece of Swiss Diamond before you replace your whole kitchen? We get it!

Items may be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement or exchange. Just keep your packing slip from your order. Simply email our customer service team at customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com, and we will email you either a UPS or Fedex return label depending upon the method it was shipped to you originally. All you need to do is drop it off at the respective location/store. Swiss Diamond pays return shipping fees when you use our label; you pay nothing! You can find authorized locations at UPS.com or Fedex.com. 

Please note: Swiss Diamond small goods, including peelers, single kitchen tools, felt pan protectors, and replacement parts (handles, knobs, and tempura racks) are not available for free returns.

If you prefer not to use the free return service, please enclose the following information with your return to expedite your refund:

Full name and address
Order number (this is the PO number on your order)
Reason for return
Desired action (replace item, exchange or refund)

Swiss Diamond Warranty Policy

Each piece of Swiss Diamond cookware is covered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to protect the consumer against manufacturing defects. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact: support@mail.swissdiamond.ladesk.com. The warranty expressly does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. See Our Use & Care Instructions for details.

If your pan is starting to show a black/brown carbon build-up that does not remove with normal washing or has begun to lose its nonstick release properties, please see the Use & Care Instructions for more information on a deep cleaning method to restore the surface.

Any free expedited shipping (3 day, 2 day or next day) may be shipped ground if our shipping department determines that ground shipping will be just as fast and the shipping address is within distance for the same number of days or less. If you pay for expedited shipping, the shipping method selected will be used.
