Swiss Diamond nonstick coatings are reinforced with real diamond crystals and applied at our facility in Sierre, Switzerland. We offer two coating families: CXD and CHD use a dual-layer ceramic coating made without added PFAS/PTFE, and XD and HD use our diamond-reinforced PTFE-based nonstick coating. Each product page lists its construction and cooktop compatibility.

It depends on the line. Our XD and HD lines use a PTFE-based nonstick coating made without PFOA. Our CXD and CHD lines use a ceramic coating made without added PFAS/PTFE. Our Premium Clad and Premium Steel DLX lines are stainless steel without a nonstick coating.

It depends on the product. CXD is induction-compatible. CHD is designed for gas and electric cooktops and is not induction-compatible. XD and HD come in standard versions for gas, electric and ceramic cooktops and in induction versions. Check the product page to confirm compatibility before you buy.

Our CXD, CHD, XD, HD (including HD Pro) and Nonstick Clad lines are made at our facility in Sierre, Switzerland. Our Premium Clad and Premium Steel DLX stainless lines are not made in Switzerland; see each product page for country of origin. According to manufacturer documentation, the Sierre facility uses recycled aluminum and hydroelectric power.

CXD and CHD are our ceramic lines, with a dual-layer ceramic coating made without added PFAS/PTFE. CXD is induction-compatible; CHD is designed for gas and electric cooktops. XD and HD use our diamond-reinforced PTFE-based nonstick coating and come in standard and induction versions. All four lines are made in Sierre, Switzerland.

Oven-safe temperatures depend on the product and its lid. Check the product page and the Use & Care Instructions for your item before using it in the oven.

We recommend hand washing. Dishwasher detergents and high-heat cycles can reduce nonstick performance over time. Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge after the pan has cooled. See the Use & Care Instructions for your product.

You can cook with little or no added fat. If you use oil or butter, keep the heat at low to medium. Do not use nonstick cooking sprays; they leave a residue that builds up on the surface and reduces nonstick performance.

Cook over low to medium heat, avoid overheating an empty pan, and clean the pan gently with warm, soapy water after it has cooled. Use silicone or wooden utensils rather than metal, and avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. See the Use & Care Instructions for your product.

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Minnesota, Colorado and Maine restrict the sale of cookware with intentionally added PFAS. Swiss Diamond also does not ship its non-ceramic nonstick products to Connecticut or Vermont. Our CXD and CHD ceramic lines, made without added PFAS/PTFE, and our uncoated stainless lines ship to all five states. If a restriction applies, it is shown on the product page and checkout will not allow delivery to that state.

We offer free ground shipping to the continental United States. Orders placed by 12 pm ET, Monday–Friday, ship the same day from our North Carolina warehouse; orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day.

Ground shipping is free to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

We ship to the United States, its territories and Canada. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Return any item, new or used, within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is at your expense. If an item arrives defective, report it within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a prepaid return label. Sale items are final sale. See our Refund Policy.

Email customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com with your order number. Then ship the item, with the carrier of your choice, to Swiss Diamond Returns, 200-H Forsyth Hall Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273. Include your name and address, your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange.

Return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping fees are not refundable. If your item arrives defective and you report it within 30 days of receiving it, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Our XD, HD and CXD cookware and our Premium Steel cookware carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Tools, knives and accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Glass lids and handles are excluded. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, overheating, alterations, commercial use, stains, discoloration, food odor, scratches or dents, and it is not a money-back guarantee. Product registration for warranty coverage is a straightforward process. Upon receiving your order, you will find detailed instructions on how to register your product on our website.

While our warranty is comprehensive, there are certain situations not covered. The warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

If you notice the coating on your Swiss Diamond skillet flaking or separating, stop using the pan and contact our Warranty Team. Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, Swiss Diamond will repair or replace the cookware at our discretion. To begin a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Team at 980-224-9044 or customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com and provide photos of the full pan, the bottom, the affected area, and your proof of purchase. Please note that damage caused by misuse, overheating, accidents, or failure to follow our Use & Care instructions is not covered.
