Made in Sierre, Switzerland, from recycled aluminum (per manufacturer documentation), this wok is built for consistent everyday performance. Its deep, curved design promotes efficient tossing and even heat circulation, making it well-suited for high-heat cooking techniques.
At the core is Swiss Diamond’s advanced diamond-infused nonstick coating, engineered for smooth food release and easy cleanup. The ceramic coating is made without added PFAS/PTFE.
The tempered glass lid helps retain heat and moisture while allowing you to monitor cooking without lifting the lid. An included tempura rack adds versatility, making it easy to steam, drain, or rest ingredients as needed.
