Swiss Diamond warrants to the original owner of the cookware that it is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover glass lids or handles. This warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alterations or commercial use.

Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Please be advised that UPS and FedEx do not ship on many national holidays, and we urge you to check your shipping times before placing an important order near or around a holiday.
