Cinnamon Bundt Cake
I love making this Bundt cake to serve after a holiday brunch, or dinner! Pairs great with mimosas or a nice cup of hot chocolate on winter nights. Easy to make, this can be done ahead of time too!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup unsalted butter, softened
1 Tbsp cinnamon
¾ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs
1/2 Cup whole milk
2 Cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 1/3 Cup granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your Bundt pan.
- Combine by wisking together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or beater, mix together sugar, butter and vanilla until its smooth and creamy (it takes some time so keep at it!)
- Add your eggs one at a time and make sure they are fully mixed in.
- Add in your flour mixture in parts, alternating with milk until all is added.
- Pour the batter into your Bundt pan and bake it for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy!
