Cinnamon Bundt Cake

I love making this Bundt cake to serve after a holiday brunch, or dinner! Pairs great with mimosas or a nice cup of hot chocolate on winter nights. Easy to make, this can be done ahead of time too!

INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup unsalted butter, softened

1 Tbsp cinnamon

¾ tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

3 large eggs

1/2 Cup whole milk

2 Cup all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

1 1/3 Cup granulated sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. Combine by wisking together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or beater, mix together sugar, butter and vanilla until its smooth and creamy (it takes some time so keep at it!)
  4. Add your eggs one at a time and make sure they are fully mixed in.
  5. Add in your flour mixture in parts, alternating with milk until all is added.
  6. Pour the batter into your Bundt pan and bake it for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
