Sweet Potato Chips

Yum! These Sweet Potato Chips are extra delicious and so easy to make at home! Use our XD or HD Double Burner Griddle to ensure that perfect, even cook every time. We love the crunch of these chips and the fact that they aren't too unhealthy! Sweet Potatoes carry a lot of nutrients and are a great source of fiber so try out these chips as your next side with dinner.

INGREDIENTS

5 lbs sweet potatoes

1/3 Cup olive oil

1 Tbsp dried rosemary

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Combine salt, black pepper, olive oil and dried rosmary into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Peel sweet potatos and use a mandolin to cut them into paper thin rounds.
  4. Add the sliced sweet potatos to the bowl, toss them to coat in the mixture.
  5. Spread the slices into a single layer on an HD Double Burner Griddle.
  6. Make sure not to crowd them.
  7. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes on each side until golden.
  8. Use a plastic spatula to flip the chips over before continuing to bake.
  9. After they are golden, take out of the oven and let cool for 5 - 10 minutes. They will crisp up more as they cool.
  10. Enjoy!
