Not Made for Everyday Use

"Don't buy any Swiss Diamond products. I am one to usually give positive reviews but I've had a lot of trouble with Swiss Diamond as a company and the low quality of their products. I cook at home quite a bit and use this pan every day, sometimes twice per day. I take great care of my kitchen tools and never put them in the dishwasher, always wash with soft sponge by hand, etc. This product, after less than 1 year of consistent use, has completely failed. There is no "nonstick" coating left and absolutely everything adheres to it now. I contacted the company (twice) to activate the warranty that they offer, and after 12 weeks of consistently being a squeaky wheel, they finally "reached a decision" and decided that the warranty would not be upheld because it looked as though I was misusing the pan by constantly having it on high heat, which damaged the surface. I don't cook in this manner and know better in regard to how nonstick products should be handled. This was just an excuse to save money avoid sending me a replacement. In my opinion, they advertise that they have a warranty, but first red flag is it's near impossible to get a hold of them. Then, they deny claims based on what they see in a picture (I had to submit pictures of the pan) with the consumer having no recourse. I felt that this was an inaccurate and disingenuine denial of my claim to avoid taking responsibility. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a quality product."

A fry pan with "heft"

"I was really surprised by the "heft" of this fry pan. It is not your run of the mill generic fry pan by any means. It heats evenly and clean up is amazingly easy. This is just the first piece of Swiss Diamond to become part of our kitchen, there will be more."
