Beasutiful braising pan for large family or groups

"The heat transfer and diffusion stove top are excellent. Just as good as our copper core skillets. The pan looks great and the included top is perfect. The price is excellent and shipping was reasonably fast. Keep in mind that this pan is larger than most braising pans by several inches in diameter. Also, it is heavy. But yes, I would buy this again if the need arose."

"As expected, the pan is of outstanding quality. My oldest son is moving to Canada and he is scrounging up a few things but I will NEVER surrender this pan to him!! Might buy him one too :) Already made Crawfish Fettucini in it as well as Asian Noodles with veggies and chicken. It is 200% nonstick but make sure you use appropriate utensils in it. It is a tad heavy BUT if you don't have one yet, go ahead and spoil yourself! It is so worth it. Happy Cooking!"

Have always wanted a non

"Have always wanted a non stick pan that was large enough to prepare a one pot meal and this fit the bill. No more spilling over the sides on the stovetop and it can go from stovetop to oven to finish. I even used this pan to roast a small turkey at Christmas time (without the lid, of course). It is my new go to pan for all my cooking needs and a great investment as well. Love all my Swiss Diamond pans!"
