The best soup/stew pot I've ever owned. The perfect size for a smaller family. It holds heat well. Once it's hot, I can turn the burner down as low as it goes, and the soup continues to simmer gently. It cleans easily. It has some weight to it, but isn't so heavy that it's difficult to handle. AA+

Love Swiss Diamond. I now have a complete set. Wouldn't haye any other. Pot is the perfect size. I also have the larger size pot. Love them.

I had to buy this to replace my 13-year-old Swiss Diamond soup pot, which I used at least twice a week. It's the same size & shape, but the nonstick surface feels more rough this time around. After I cooked millet in water with no fats, there was a residue left that was difficult to clean. My next use required cooking oil, making for an easier clean-up. Maybe these pans need to be seasoned before use? Still highly recommend this pot!

I love this stock pot. My previous one finally had to retire due to wear on the bottom. I never use metal utensils in my pans but age must have done it. I still cannot throw away the old pan so it will sit in storage.

My first Swiss Diamond piece was a 10.5” sautée pan, followed by a larger pan and then a deep fry pan. I love the way they perform, including ease of clean up. I just ordered four more pieces, including the 5.5 qt Soup Pot that will see plenty of use. I’m intrigued by the tapered sides, which will undoubtedly help concentrate heat, while the glass lid will help me make sure nothing goes awry. Swiss Diamond; great look, great performance!

Lives up to everything I have heard and expected

As always, Swiss Diamond pans are absolutely the best I have ever owned. I have several of them (1 from Jan 2013 see photo 1) and they all look practically brand new. So easy to clean and cooking is perfect every time. I have donated all my other pans to charity. Will only cook with Swiss Diamond products.

Nothing sticks. So easy to clean. So good we have replaced our entire set with these.

It's the right size, exactly, good-looking, and nothing sticks. What else could I want>. Made a great corn chowder in it last night.

Had to buy this because Swiss Diamond does not stand behind their products. My old one was properly used. They will latch on to any mark on their products and claim they were misused. Even though mine had chips in the bottom that were clearly a manufacturing defect. Buyer Beware!

Even heat and can use very low fire settings to slow cook.
