"I was replacing my old set of HD SD pots and pans as they lasted about 12 years before the finish started coming off. Nothing last forever…. now going to try the SD HX to see how they do…so far so good. No pans out there are perfect on all counts including SD, but they are durable, safe until the finish starts coming off, then it’s time for new ones."
