Maybe I should have given the pan 5 stars. It's the best non-stick pan by a mile. I deducted one point because I didn't have much luck cooking completely without oil - which SD claims to work well. I use a very small amount of high heat olive oil and cook on low to medium temperature. That gives me fabulous results. In my experience the surface will loose some performance over time, but my 5 year old pans still work very well. If oil builds up due to excessive heat, it can easily be removed with a baking soda paste and I'm back in business. Ok, 4.5 stars for the best pan I've ever owned.

I’ve only used them a handful of times so far, but they have been the best non stick pans I’ve used yet.
Build quality is great. Even though they’re aluminum, they still have quite a bit of weight to them. They feel very solid. These cannot even be compared to the high end teflon pans I just tossed. Very happy with my purchase.

I have been using Swiss Diamond products for many years. They are great.

My previous Swiss Diamond pan (probably 15 years ago?) lost its nonstick characteristics after being used the same length of time as a regular cheapo nonstick pan, even though the actual surface was still intact. I am hoping that by moving to the top of the line pan it will stay nonstick longer. My dad's pan (purchased a couple of years ago) has been holding up great, so I thought it was worth a fresh try. I can give a better evaluation of performance a few years down the road. The nonstick surface always works great right out of the box.

We love our Swiss Diamond pans. They cook so evenly and clean up is quick and easy.

I have purchased off the Swiss Diamond website multiple times (beware of knockoffs on eBay, other sites as they are not the same). These non-stick are great and will last!

I bought these to replace some of my worn out pans. They are great, heat evenly and are so easy to clean. I plan on replacing some more of my pots and pans with Swiss Diamond products

One of the best pans i have ever used. Next to my stainless I use these all the time now.

These are completely nonstick and heavy enough to hold heat. My understanding is that they don’t have any toxic residue problems. They are totally worth the price.

I can't say the pans are 100% non stick. I use them primarily for breakfast, and I've found that some oil is needed for frying eggs. That being said, however, I've used the pans for fried eggs, omelets, home fries, peppers and onions, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc., and I've never needed more than a little soapy water and a sponge or dish cloth to clean the pans. After several months of use I have never needed to scrape anything from the pans, or even to apply more than nominal pressure during cleaning. If I didn't have to use some oil for my eggs, I would have given the pans a 5 star rating.

Swiss Diamond products are always wonderful. I have been using them for at least 25 years. After cooking, I do a quick swish with warm water & a bit of Dawn detergent to have a pan ready to go for the next cooking event.

The Swiss Diamond pan set are the highest quality cooking pans I have ever purchased. You can tell they are well made and they perform great. I will definitely be adding more SD to my collection.

I initially bought an 8” pan to trial it. I loved it so much I bought a
2-pan set in larger sizes. The heat conduction is fantastic and cleanup is incredibly easy. I use only olive oil in the pans and found that after only a few uses the pan seemed to have a “seasoned” effect just as in a cast iron pan…..without burn messes. A great quality pan.

Loved the small diamond pan I picked up traveling. Decided to swap out my other two for diamond. Nothing sticks and hold up well with no scratches if using proper utensils.

My husband ordered these pans and he uses them every morning to cook our breakfast. Very easy to use and care for.

Cook well but heavier than expected especially for senior citizens.

These non-stick pans from Swiss Diamond are durable and last longer than any other non-stick pans we've ever tried - and we've tried all the retail "names" (and 1 commercial too). We have always primarily cooked at least 2 meals/day at home. We cook a LOT of fish and vegs amongst other things that when we need a non-stick these are our go-to. Heat is distributed evenly. Easy to clean. We also have the smaller non-stick Swiss Diamond pan that is GREAT for eggs. Bottom line is the only reason I had to buy these is we just plain wore our original ones out, I'm guessing it's been 6 years "ish" - happy we made the investment that we bought them again.

Tops and bottoms don’t fit. Company didn’t respond to three attempts on my part. I moved on properly working pan sets.
