Flawless crepes

"It took me a minute or two to figure it out, but after the first crepe all the next ones were PERFECT. My first dedicated crepe pan proved itself to be worth the price. I love the shape, which makes the crepes just SLIDE off the pan onto the plate. I will definitely try it with pancakes and omelets too. It heats evenly, no hot spots. I have just a smooth top electric stove, no induction, so buying the pan made for induction stoves was an overkill, but I am so happy with the pan's performance that I don't regret spending the extra money."

"My husband bought this ... he loves it!!! He wanted a good nonstick pan to cook pancakes on so he didn't have to use all that oil. Wish I had known about Swiss Diamond sooner! The sloping sides are a great feature! This is a quality pan! So easy to clean! I think it will work well for grilled cheese sandwiches, I may try an omelet too!"
