First time purchasing Swiss Diamond Products after 2.5 yrs of being on the fence about this Brand,,I'm glad I did purchase it,,its weighty but not super heavy like cast iron pans are,,it does just what I need it do,,its well balanced and the handle is strong and supportive,,I will be purchasing another item in the near future

My order was shipped to the wrong address. Apparently someone in the shipping department put an Austin TX address on my package, however, it was charged to my credit card. I have tried to contact Swiss Diamond to no avail…….still waiting for an answer from them.

The 9.5” HD non-stick frying pan is not only a beauty to one’s eye, but it also is excellent to use. It’s a joy to make omelets - and so easy to clean afterwards. Highly recommend!

I like the strength of it and the flat bottom. It is easy cleaning but not sure how you recommend keeping the outside of the pan looking good

We have only used it a few times but it does a great job. Clean up is breeze.

This is the sweetest fry pan I've ever used. It cooks a steak perfect, for eggs I prefer just a hint of bacon grease but I am planning my next purchase, I'm hooked.

I love this frying pan with lid. It is the best nonstick made, cooks beautifully, browns perfectly, and the lid makes it possible to make delicious 1-dish meals. I strongly recommend it (as well as two smaller Swiss Diamond pans and a soup pot.) I’m gradually replacing all my cookware with Swiss Diamond. It’s worth every penny.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS NEW PAN. THE OVERALL CONSTRUCTION, THE HARD SURFACE COATING, EASE OF CLEANING, EVENESS IN COOKING SURFACE, EVERYTHING......I JUST LOVE IT. I AM OLDER NOW, AND THE WEIGHT OF THE PAN SEEMS HIGHER, BUT NOT ENOUGH TO PREVENT ME FROM GETTING IT. I BOUGHT AND USED ITS PREDECESSOR YEARS AGO. HATED TO SAY GOODBYE BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH (AND STILL IS SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT), BUT ALAS, THE MANY YEARS OF WEAR AND TEAR FINALLY TOOK ITS TOLL. This is my go-to pan. I reach for it just about every night of the year. The Swiss Diamond brand was recommended to me by a friend who is an excellent home cook. I have never regretted the purchase.

We've had a Swiss Diamond "no stick" pan for years. It is our Go To pan for just about everything on our gas stove.

We wanted a slightly smaller pan for smaller volumes, hence the 8" pan order.

The pan arrived intact, but the lid was broken. Swiss Diamond responded to my email VERY quickly and sent a replacement, which arrived today, INTACT.

We started using the pan immediately.

As always, the pan is GREAT and we're pleased with the purchase and, maybe even more pleased with Swiss Diamond's response to the broken lid.

Would I recommend their products? ABSOLUTELY!

This pan is just plain awesome. I can cook everything I’d like and nothing sticks. For example, I don’t have to use any butter or oil when cooking eggs, they just slide right out. Plus this pan is versatile. I can begin cooking on my stovetop and then finish it off in the oven. I can’t say enough to describe my enjoyment of this pan!

So far, this pan is great some things do stick in the pan, but they do come free. You do not have to scrub the pan to get the stuck-on stuff off. So far, I am happy with this pan I can flip my eggs without them sticking to the pan.

We have 4 of the swiss diamond pots and pans, and love them all.

It is so nice to cook with these pans. I sauté vegetables with just a little bit of butter, and clean up is a breeze. I hand wash with just soapy water, rinse and dry. So easy!

I have a 9 3/4 inch Swiss Diamond fry pan and extremely happy with it. So I was disappointed that the above fry pan was so shallow. If it had been as deep as my previous fry pan it would have received a five star rating.

I actually owned 2 sets of Swiss Diamond pots and pans. One for New York, one for Florida. Had them about 20 years. I decided there must be better ones out there. So I gathered my collection and donated them to Goodwill. I purchased some new fan-dangled other specialized 'non stick' pots and pans. THEY WERE NOT what they said. I wrote to that company and their response was I needed to use more oil and butter" and that I needed to "practice" using them. I packed up those very quickly, returned to the store I purchased them.
Came home and ordered my new Swiss Diamond set.
I will never stray again!!!! Thank you for working the way you said they would.
