Returns & warranty

Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

Customers praised this heavyweight griddle for "even heat distribution" and "heavy duty" construction, perfect for pancakes and tortillas. The nonstick surface requires minimal oil and is easy to clean. However, some received an older model with coating on the bottom instead of the advanced machined surface, reducing induction efficiency.

The product was not what I expected and damaged, but SD made it right quickly

This was not the new Induction XD style with the bottom plate, it was coated in the nonstick material all the way around. The one I received came in a box with no packaging and was damaged, including a large gouge and a broken handle. I am not sure what happened there, was it a return?

Swiss Diamond customer service responded quickly and professionally. Had me destroy the pan and refunded the purchase without any hassle at all. A+ customer service.

If they ever have the new version available I will certainly be purchasing this pan again.

Not Swiss Diamond's most advanced design

This pan was way down the page while scrolling for induction series models which may be explained by the fact that it is not up to their usual standard and that of SD's more contemporary induction models. This one has the diamond coating all over including on the bottom, not the preferred machined flat surface that maximizes contact and induction efficiency. We returned it and are waiting for the more advanced version to be stocked.

Made pancakes like a champ!

This is the 4th Swiss Diamond product we’ve purchased! Love the non-stick and heaviness of the XD line. Just follow the cleaning instructions (I.e no dishwashers) and don’t use non-stick sprays and it’ll last and last!

Nice Griddle

Well made, this is the second Item I have ordered from Swiss Diamond, I have not tried it as yet but I expect it to perform as well as the first. I bought it mainly to make pancakes, french toast and similar items. My first purchase performs very well, and is very easy to clean. I own a full set of Healthcraft cookware but I was looking for something well made and easy to clean and this fits the bill perfectly - I am hoping for long term use without the coating wearing off or flaking off and getting in my food. I believe that Swiss Diamond products will fulfill my requirements. It is not the junk you find a the big box stores so for long term use I am hoping I get what I pay for ... a really quality piece of cookware.

Best pans I’ve ever owned. Non stick, easy clean up, very little oil needed for cooking, great weigh and even cooking!
I wish I had an entire set of this superb cookware!
