Always outstanding

I do not think this pan is worth the money, Does not cook evenly. I like my cheap pan much better.

I thought it would be better for the price of it. I received it with flaw on the edge.

This is the second Square Fry Pan I have purchased from Swiss Diamond and it is because of a divorce, and not because the first one wore out! This is an excellent pan in all ways and especially useful for someone like me who loves bacon and French toast, both of which fit the pan perfectly.

Based on reviews, I bought a 10-piece set several years ago to replace an inexpensive set I bought when I first moved into my condo, so I'm well aware of Swiss Diamond cookware and their solid quality and ease of cleaning which is very important to a lazy cook. When I see cookware on sale, I like to add it to my collection. This will be used mainly to make grilled cheese sandwiches and heat up leftovers. I have a square lid from a grill pan to use if I need one. Pan is the same solid quality as the 10-piece set and handle is comfortable to hold. I can use little or no butter at all for grilled cheese for a healthier meal. Like my other Swiss Diamond cookware, I expect it to clean up with a little soap and water using a nylon scrub pad. I highly recommend alll Swiss Diamond cookware.

it's a good fly pan but I have to replace it every 6 months

The best & last non stick fry pan I'll buy. Will be buying more Swiss Diamond products in the future.

Normally I would never pay this much for a nonstick pan because the nonstick interior doesn't last more than 4 years. My husband likes square shaped omelets and my husband turned the heat up to high on my old square pan and it warped. I bought an All Clad but it was 13-inches and would not heat evenly on my gas burner, I then bought a cheapie Gotham 12-inch pan with lid. The coating started coming off the first time I used it. The only other square pan I could find that had a lid was this one. So ,I bit the dust and purchased the Swiss Diamond square pan and the lid. I was surprised at how heavy and well made it was. It has a disk on the bottom that I think will keep it from warping. It takes longer to heat but that is ok. I made a 7 egg omelet and it turned out beautifully. The bottom of the omelet didn't brown and the lid helped cook the top. The omelet slid right out of the pan. It is an excellent pan. It is now our dedicated omelet pan and will not be used for anything else. I would definitely buy it again.

This is my favorite frying pan. The square shape fits most items better than the round frying pans.
