"This is a great item even though I kind of bought the wrong pan! I was in the market for a traditional frying pan but purchased this lidded item to protect the surface and to get something that I could steam/poach eggs with; works great for that! It's also great for stir fries. However, if you are looking for a frying pan, don't get distracted; just buy the frying pan. :) Or both!"
