I’ve been using Swiss Diamond

"I’ve been using Swiss Diamond cookware since it first appeared in the US. It can easily take the higher heat of my Wolf range and is oven-safe to a high temperature so that I don’t need to use my cumbersome cast iron pans. Vented glass lids are a plus—I like being able to keep an eye on the cooking process. In addition, the non-stick coating doesn’t chip or flake like other non-stick cookware I’ve used. The only tiny glitch is that the handles can loosen a bit over time, but it’s nothing that can’t be fixed with good old-fashioned screwdriver."
