"Poor quality control. Kit arrived with missing pieces, damaged lids, and damaged pan. Customer service did send the missing pieces without issue. The problem is quality control and they are not as nice as I had anticipated."

Truly non-stick.

"This Swiss diamond set is fabulous. Before I bought these pans, I did not know they came with a system in the lid that lets steam out. That is a great plus. You can cook with the lids on, with the right adjusted heat under the pan, and are able to use less heat & get more effective cooking that way. Helps keep moisture in. These pans are truly non-stick. Most 'non-stick' pans I bought in the past are not truly non-stock, but these are. Food comes out very easy, no sticking & super easy to clean. A great product!"
