Compares favorable to my Viking 5-Ply pan

I was looking for a replacement for my very old Swiss Diamond 11" non-stick skillet, but mistakenly ordered 12.5" instead. When I went to get an 11" model, it was more expensive than the 12.5". I have and love several Viking 5-ply pans, my favorite being a saute pan about 6" so I thought I give the 11" SD 5-ply Deluxe a try. Properly heated and used with a small amount of oil, nothing sticks to it! My new favorite skillet!

Everyone should have one of these now

After reading numerous articles on our environmental damage and (worse) our human health damage from PFAS, I grew more aware of the condition of the coating on my favorite breakfast pan -- yes, the 8-inch non-stick frypan I use almost every single day. In the past, I was conscientious about replacing when needed, but now I know the best way to own one is not to own one at all. The Swiss Diamond edition of everyone's favorite breakfast cookware is beautiful and manageable as well. I am learning to use it at lower temperatures, and it is every bit the wonder of non-stick surfaces without the scary damages. Clean up is a dream; Swiss Diamond does not kid about this.

A good Stainless Steel Pan without Rivets

I am new to stainless steel pans, I have been using cast iron. However, when I want to cook acidic dishes and sauces I needed something else and I wanted to try stainless steel but did not want rivets. So far these seem to heat fairly evenly and even do well for fried eggs.
