Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship for free from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Free Shipping is not available to AK, PR, HI and Canada. 

Returns & warranty

Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

5 piece kitchen tool set

Bought with fry pans. Tools are heavy. Tools do not feel like they will be non scratch, which is why I bought them. Would not recommend

Hi Nancy, our tools are made out of silicone and plastic, which is recommended as a non-scratch option for our cookware. They do have a weight to them as some are weighted to balance correctly hanging on the side of a pan or pot. Cheap

The set is cheaply made and are only average when using the items. It. would have been cheaper and probably better quality to order from Walmart. Extremely disappointed to see they were made in China. That was my last purchase from Swiss Diamond.
