Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship for free from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Free Shipping is not available to AK, PR, HI and Canada. 

Returns & warranty

Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

Not as good as they were

I’ve purchased these to cook eggs 3 times over the last several years. The first one was extremely impressive. Eggs slid right off the surface onto the plate. The last few have been far less slick.

Pots and Pans

The pots and pans are excellent. My one complaint is that the steel connection between the pans and the handle accumulate baked fat which is difficult to clean.

The best non stick pan

In our opinion, the Swiss Diamond cookware is by far the best made in terms of durability, non stick quality, and health. We have used Swiss Diamond pans for over 20 years, along with Scan Pans and All Clads. The Swiss Diamond pans have lasted longer, provided better heating surfaces, and are the easiest to maintain. The new XD line is a major jump in non stick surfaces. Oils are not needed, and the non stick surfaces have yet to show any signs of deterioration; unlike the other two lines of pans we have used in the past.
