Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship for free from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Free Shipping is not available to AK, PR, HI and Canada. 

Returns & warranty

Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

After much research my husband purchased new Swiss Diamond for my 40th anniversary gift ( I’m not much into jewelry anymore) and I loved the set. So ordered the wok and 8” fry pan to add to the set. Wok is wonderful to stir fry in and clean up is so easy. The 8” fry pan is used everyday and fit three eggs perfectly! Have also purchased Swiss Diamond for gifts to my children!

Leak at the handles, warranty service was awful

It’s clear defect products and you wouldn’t admit it. The handles leak puddle of water on my stove. I had to pay shipping fee to return which costs a lot. So I had to keep it. I Would never buy anything from this company again!

About 5 yes ago my brother, who lives in San Diego, gave me a 7" frying pan from Swiss Diamond. The only thing he said was 'best pans I've ever used, but cost is way up there. I have used my little pan so often and love it. Saw this major sale so I snapped it up right away!
