Great roaster!

"I know that this is a roaster pan (and I will certainly use it for that) but I bought it to use as a deep lasagne pan. I like to layer up my lasagne and I could never find a pan deep enough. And with the lid the lasagne cooked faster. I just removed the lid at the end of cooking to crisp up the top. It was much lighter in weight than my Swiss Diamond pans but very well made. Sticky, cheesy lasagne did not stick to the sides. Love it!"
