Free Shipping excludes AK, PR, HI, and Canada. Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday, ship the same day from our North Carolina warehouse. We ship within the U.S. and its territories, with shipping costs based on weight and distance. We may use UPS Surepost or USPS for some packages. For orders over $2,000, contact us for shipping arrangements.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Email customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com to request a UPS or FedEx return label. A $20 fee applies or use your own label. Drop off at any authorized location. Keep your packing slip for a full refund, replacement, or exchange. Returns coming from AK, HI, PR and Canada will be charged a greater return fee that will be determined by the shipping provider.
