"Based on reviews, I bought a 10-piece set several years ago to replace an inexpensive set I bought when I first moved into my condo, so I'm well aware of Swiss Diamond cookware and their solid quality and ease of cleaning which is very important to a lazy cook. When I see cookware on sale, I like to add it to my collection. This will be used mainly to make grilled cheese sandwiches and heat up leftovers. I have a square lid from a grill pan to use if I need one. Pan is the same solid quality as the 10-piece set and handle is comfortable to hold. I can use little or no butter at all for grilled cheese for a healthier meal. Like my other Swiss Diamond cookware, I expect it to clean up with a little soap and water using a nylon scrub pad. I highly recommend alll Swiss Diamond cookware."
