"I recently purchased this sauté pan. Well made, sturdy. A lot of pan for the money! Enjoy cooking with it. Great size. Cleans up easily. Included literature states not to use the pan on a burner that is set on any higher than medium or you will discolor the metal. This is not a problem for my style of cooking. I would give the pan 5 stars except I don’t like the esthetics of the big clunky handle on the glass lid."

Great pan, not so great lid

"The pan itself is great, love the big size. The only negative is that the lid that comes with it is not well thought out - the rim traps water and it is impossible to get it all out. That being said, Swiss Diamond was super great about getting me a replacement lid - a different model - that does not have the same issue. Overall very happy with my purchase."

"I have been eyeing the stainless cookware for a very long time while using old beat up t-fal "non-stick" stuff. My hang-up was regarding going with stainless vs non-stick, as I have always used non-stick. Well, I took the plunge and must I regret ever waiting to try stainless. I threw away all of our old non-stick because this stainless is sooo much better in every way."
