Best Non Stick So Far

"I’ve only used them a handful of times so far, but they have been the best non stick pans I’ve used yet. Build quality is great. Even though they’re aluminum, they still have quite a bit of weight to them. They feel very solid. These cannot even be compared to the high end teflon pans I just tossed. Very happy with my purchase."

Wait and see

"My previous Swiss Diamond pan (probably 15 years ago?) lost its nonstick characteristics after being used the same length of time as a regular cheapo nonstick pan, even though the actual surface was still intact. I am hoping that by moving to the top of the line pan it will stay nonstick longer. My dad's pan (purchased a couple of years ago) has been holding up great, so I thought it was worth a fresh try. I can give a better evaluation of performance a few years down the road. The nonstick surface always works great right out of the box."
