Warranty Information for Swiss Diamond Cookware

Thank you for choosing Swiss Diamond cookware. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our cookware lines. Please carefully review the warranty information outlined below for your specific product line.

Swiss Diamond®️ Classic and Induction Lines (XD and HD Coating)

Swiss Diamond warrants that your cookware is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty covers the Classic and Induction lines with XD and HD coating, excluding glass lids or handles.

The warranty is contingent upon adherence to the provided Use and Care Instructions that are included with your cookware. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, overheating, alterations or commercial use. Stains, discoloration, food odor, scratch marks and dents are also excluded. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered. 

Swiss Diamond will, at its discretion, repair or replace any item found to have a manufacturer defect. If the defective item is no longer available, a substitute of similar function and value will be provided. This warranty does not constitute a money-back guarantee. In the event of a return for repair or replacement, the cookware must be sent back prepaid at the expense of the owner.

To file a warranty claim, please contact us by emailing: support@mail.swissdiamond.ladesk.com. Please include the following: picture of full inside of pan including rim, picture of full bottom of pan where “Swiss Diamond” is branded, picture of affected area and your proof of purchase/receipt.

Diamond Certification

Swiss Diamond certifies that the nonstick coating used in our products contains genuine diamond crystals and sourced from a non-conflict supplier in compliance with international regulations.

Swiss Diamond®️ Seconds

Cookware sold as "second quality" or "outlet" by third-party sellers does not carry the Swiss Diamond warranty. Please contact the store of purchase for issues with these products.

Premium Steel by Swiss Diamond®️ Line of Cookware

Premium Steel by Swiss Diamond is warrantied for the lifetime of the product, excluding glass lids or handles. Damage from misuse, abuse, commercial use, accidents or overheating is not covered and will void the Warranty. Please refer to the Use & Care Instructions included with your cookware.

To file a warranty claim for defective cookware, please contact us by emailing: support@mail.swissdiamond.ladesk.com. They will require the following with your submission: picture of full inside of pan including rim, picture of full bottom of pan where “Swiss Diamond” is branded, picture of the affected area and proof of purchase/receipt.

Swiss Diamond will repair or replace defective items with a substitute of similar function and value if necessary. The warranty does not guarantee a refund. In case of a return, the cookware must be shipped prepaid at the expense of the owner.

Swiss Diamond®️ Tools, Knives, and Accessories

Tools, knives and accessories are warrantied for 1 year from the purchase date. Exclusions include glass lids or handles. Use and Care Instructions must be followed, and damage from misuse, abuse, commercial use, accidents or overheating is not covered.

To file a warranty claim for defective tools, knives and accessories, please contact us by emailing: support@mail.swissdiamond.ladesk.com. Ensure you include pictures of the tool/accessory showing the defect.

Similar to other lines, Swiss Diamond will repair or replace items after the defect is recognized, analyzed and accepted as defective material and/or faulty manufacturing with a substitute of similar function and value if necessary. Consecutive damages from the product are not covered, especially for actions without adhering to Swiss Diamond’s Use & Care Instructions. The warranty does not guarantee a refund. In case of return, the items must be shipped prepaid at the expense of the owner.
