Lifetime Warranty
We assure the original owner of our cookware that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship throughout the product's lifetime. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item with a manufacturer's defect. Please note that this warranty excludes glass lids and handles, and it does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, overheating, alterations, or commercial use.

Our Guidelines
At this time, this program is limited to all XD cookware, HD 7" and 8" fry pans, Premium Steel (DLX) cookware, and Premium Clad Stainless cookware. The item must have been purchased from either our website or one of our Authorized Retailers.
You have one year (365 days) from the time of purchase to initiate your return via email where you will receive further instructions. All returns should be conducted with Swiss Diamond (Swiss Made Brands USA Inc) directly. Returns under this program will not be accepted by 3rd party sellers or Brick and Mortar retailers. Returns must be received by our team within 30 days of the initial return request. We will not accept returns received after 395 days of the original transaction.
Save the receipt! We can't say this enough. You'll need to provide dated proof of purchase to be able to return the product. Unfortunately, if you do not have the receipt or proof of purchase date, we will not be able to accept your return.
Additional Instructions
This program exclusively covers specific items: all XD individual cookware pieces (SKUs starting with XD), HD/Classic 7-inch "Try Me" fry pan 6418T, HD/Classic 8-inch "Try Me" fry pan 6420T, all Premium Steel (DLX) cookware SKUs starting with PSLA, and all Premium Clad (SDCLAD) Stainless SKUs starting with SDCLAD.
If you return a qualifying item within the 365-day trial window, you'll be refunded the amount spent on that item. If the item was part of a discounted bundle, a recalculation will exclude the returned item, and the cost difference will be charged minus the actual bundle cost. The refund is processed upon item confirmation at our warehouse. Submit required info to our 365 Support Team within 30 days of return. Shipping costs aren't covered. Products must be used as per the use and care booklet, not for commercial use. Limited to one item per person/address. Any bad faith or exploitation voids the policy.
Start a Return
To start a return, send us an email with a photo of the item, proof of purchase (receipt or Swiss Diamond order number from www.swissdiamond.com). Once we receive your email, we'll provide further instructions on returning the pan. Returns must be sent within 30 days of finalization and 395 days of the initial purchase. Processing time for returns is up to two weeks.
