Warranty Information for Swiss Diamond Cookware
Thank you for choosing Swiss Diamond cookware. Please review the warranty information below for your product line. Our warranties cover manufacturing defects only; they are not a guarantee of nonstick performance and are not a money-back guarantee.
How to file a warranty claim
Email customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com and include: a picture of the full inside of the pan including the rim, a picture of the full bottom of the pan where “Swiss Diamond” is branded, a picture of the affected area, and your proof of purchase/receipt. For tools, knives and accessories, include pictures showing the defect.
If an item arrives defective, report it within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a prepaid return label (see our Refund Policy). For warranty claims after that, items returned for repair or replacement must be shipped prepaid at the owner’s expense.
Swiss Diamond®️ CXD and CHD Lines (Ceramic Coating)
Swiss Diamond warrants that your CXD or CHD cookware is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, excluding glass lids and handles.
The warranty is contingent upon following the Use and Care Instructions included with your cookware. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, overheating, alterations or commercial use. Stains, discoloration, food odor, scratch marks and dents are also excluded. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered.
Swiss Diamond will, at its discretion, repair or replace any item found to have a manufacturing defect. If the defective item is no longer available, a substitute of similar function and value will be provided.
Swiss Diamond®️ Classic and Induction Lines (XD and HD Coating)
Swiss Diamond warrants that your XD or HD cookware (including HD Pro) is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, excluding glass lids and handles.
The warranty is contingent upon following the Use and Care Instructions included with your cookware. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, overheating, alterations or commercial use. Stains, discoloration, food odor, scratch marks and dents are also excluded. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

Premium Steel by Swiss Diamond®️
Premium Steel by Swiss Diamond is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, excluding glass lids and handles. Damage from misuse, abuse, commercial use, accidents or overheating is not covered. Please follow the Use & Care Instructions included with your cookware.
Swiss Diamond will repair or replace defective items, with a substitute of similar function and value if necessary.
Swiss Diamond®️ Tools, Knives and Accessories
Tools, knives and accessories are warranted for 1 year from the purchase date, excluding glass lids and handles. Use and Care Instructions must be followed; damage from misuse, abuse, commercial use, accidents or overheating is not covered.
Swiss Diamond will repair or replace items once the defect is reviewed and accepted as defective material or faulty manufacturing, with a substitute of similar function and value if necessary. Consequential damages are not covered.
Swiss Diamond®️ Seconds
Cookware sold as "second quality" or "outlet" by third-party sellers does not carry the Swiss Diamond warranty. Please contact the store of purchase for issues with these products.
Diamond Certification
According to manufacturer documentation, the nonstick coatings used in our products contain genuine diamond crystals sourced from a non-conflict supplier in compliance with international regulations.
