Defective pans, difficult warranty process

"I traded up from the Swiss Diamond nonstick cookware because every pan I have only lasts a year as a daily driver. And every year, I pay to return the defective pan in order to get a new one. The coating breaks down, and no doubt it is TOXIC. I have inquired about this within my warranty claims but have never received a comment from them. So this time I used the credit to purchase the stainless steel line in order to get away from the hazardous coatings. At this price point, the bottoms of the pans should be FLAT. I cook on an induction range and when the pans do not sit flat on the burners, they do not heat evenly. And this is out of the box, never used, not flat. I would initiate a warranty claim, but they require the old pans be returned at the customer's expense. I am done with company, period."
