Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship for free from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Free Shipping is not available to AK, PR, HI and Canada. 

Returns & warranty

Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

I have only used them once so far and I found them to be a little awkward to use. Now that I have them, I suppose I'll get used to how they feel.

Love the design

The design of these are fantastic. However, they would separate enough to grab anything. I had to heat the curved part with a heat gun and stretch the plastic out so they would stay separated.

Nice product could be a little more ridged, I have a hard time grabbing sausages and turning them with these.
