Measuring 11" x 11", this generously sized grill pan is made in Sierre, Switzerland, from 100% recycled aluminum (per manufacturer documentation). Its durable construction ensures fast, even heat distribution for consistent searing results across the entire cooking surface.
At the core is Swiss Diamond’s advanced CXD dual-layer ceramic nonstick system, featuring a plasma-hardened base and a diamond-infused ceramic topcoat for smooth food release. The ceramic coating is made without added PFAS/PTFE.
Raised grill ridges create defined sear marks while allowing excess fat to drain away. The ergonomic stainless steel handle provides a secure grip for confident cooking and easy maneuvering from stovetop to oven.
