Never had a nonstick pan like this before. Foods are literally sliding out of the pan when they are done. Plus they are beautifully designed pans

Poor quality control. Kit arrived with missing pieces, damaged lids, and damaged pan. Customer service did send the missing pieces without issue. The problem is quality control and they are not as nice as I had anticipated.

This Swiss diamond set is fabulous. Before I bought these pans, I did not know they came with a system in the lid that lets steam out. That is a great plus. You can cook with the lids on, with the right adjusted heat under the pan, and are able to use less heat & get more effective cooking that way. Helps keep moisture in. These pans are truly non-stick. Most 'non-stick' pans I bought in the past are not truly non-stock, but these are. Food comes out very easy, no sticking & super easy to clean. A great product!

Not sure there is another line that checks as many boxes for us as this set does. Plus, they look great!

Definitely will buy from swiss diamond again!

This is a beautiful starter set for a young couple getting married. All the Swiss Diamond products are of the highest quality.

Handwashing isnt a deal breaker but is needed to avoid a black film on the bottom of the pots. I like them overall, cooking is convenient and fun!

Beautiful set

First time buying this brand on recommendation from Consumer Reports. Well made, heavy and looks great. Made eggs with no butter or oil in the pan and was totally non-stick. Set came with good sizes. Liked that most of the pieces had covers.

Before purchase I did weeks of research and it came down to 2 choices. I chose Swiss Diamond even tho I felt very intimidated and confused. Unlike other non-sticks, you do not suggest 'seasoning'. As far as I understand, every pan has to be pre-heated, even if I'm going to boil water (I did a chat with you to clarify).
Then, recommendations say that after using a pan, to cool it immediately with cold water and then wash with warm. Even with just a few uses of only one pan and washing in soapy water, there is a film on the bottom like it is not clean. Also, the bottoms are very scratched even though I am extremely careful not to slide them on the burner. I did extensive research before receiving them and went above and beyond by doing a total cleaning of my burners and buying new plastic cooking utensils.

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves these pans. They are worth every penny because I have used thes pans for years.

I love this cookware set! I have had numerous cookware sets in my lifetime. My husband bought me a set of this my my husband bought me this cookware 10yrs ago. I have used it every since. I gave my old set to my mom and purchased a new one. Any other cookware I use feels cheap and doesn’t cook as well.

I love these pans! Second set I’ve owned. Truly non-stick, last forever if cared for properly. Heavy duty but not so heavy you can’t properly work with them.
