Need a replacement knob for our lid? This original factory knob includes an adjustable steam vent and constructed of bakelite. Note the part number 245KRLM2-700 on the bottom of the outer ring against the glass.

Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship for free from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Free Shipping is not available to AK, PR, HI and Canada.

Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

Lid knob

I pieced together just-delivered knob with pieces from old knob to make it work. The delivered knob ring was broken and I managed to put old knob ring in place of new ring to get it to function. It worked thus I guess that is okay. Seems like the packaging was way to light for the hard charging delivery system that delivered the product to me.

Please reach out to us, and We'll get you sorted. We hate that the ring showed up damaged, but we want to make it right!

Since you asked…

I really wasn’t going to say anything but…I had to order 1 small and 1 large Lid Knob. We have over a dozen Swiss Diamond pans and needed to replace two of them. One was our fault and one was yours. One Knob was perfect, the other was chipped and broken and unusable. Thankfully I was able to piece together one usable Knob out of what was left.
It’s just a knob and accidents happen. I wasn’t going to say anything but…
